Hi, I’m Ashley, a designer, mindset mentor, and PR strategist for women building with purpose.
I created The Rework after years of watching brilliant, capable founders burn themselves out trying to follow formulas that were never meant for them. I’ve worked in marketing, brand consulting, and private coaching, but the truth is: no strategy works if you’re not aligned with it. And no business thrives when you're disconnected from your own voice.
This course is the one I wish I had when I was rebuilding from scratch. When I knew I wanted to grow, but couldn’t do it the same way anymore. It blends everything I’ve learned over the past decade: how to honour your energy, clarify your offer, and build a business that reflects who you are now — not who you thought you had to be.
